Recipe for a hazelnut brownie!

 Hello to you! Do you feel the atmosphere of Christmas? Because I do, but it is still a bit too early, we still have autumn. As I mentioned in earlier posts, this time of the year reminds me of sweet delights and taking advantage of the opportunity that my sister is celebrating her birthday this week, I decided to bake something and share the recipe with you.

 Brownie is my sister's favorite cake, because who does not like chocolate? This is probably the easiest thing I've baked and definitely delicious in my life! I encourage you to try this recipe :)

Preparation time: 1 hour 20 minutes (including 30 minutes of baking)

Serves: 6 people

Components:

  • 160 dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar {sugar is for the taste, not an essential ingredient, so if you want you can add more, because this amount is relatively small}
  • 75g of flour
  • 130g soft butter
  • 100g hazelnuts, these can also be almonds or other nuts {or more or less, depends on how crispy and nutty you want to have your brownie}

Preparation:

1. Crack the hazelnuts and cut them  into four parts. Roast them in a dry and hot pan for 3-4 minutes until they turn golden. Leave to cool.

2. Bake a baking form about 20x 25 cm or round with a diameter of 23 cm with butter.

3. Combine eggs and sugar, beat until the mass shines (approx. 5 minutes}

4. Place the oven at 160 degrees Celsius.

5. 150 grams of chocolate split into pieces and melt them in a water bath (in a bowl over a pot of boiling water) or in a microwave.

6. Add butter and mix to still hot, melted chocolate. Then add the beaten eggs with sugar, do not stop gently stirring. add the flour, stirring constantly, and finally add hazelnuts.

7. Put the ready mass into a mold and put in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

8. After removing the dough, the rest of the chocolate (10 grams) wipe off the grater and sprinkle on top, the chocolate should dissolve.

Enjoy your meal!

xx Marta
