Brownie cupcakes- Valentine's Day treat ♡

 Hello! Rather, all of you realize that tomorrow is February 14, or Valentine's Day!

The world is divided into those who love, hate or have somewhere. Personally, I do not have anything until Valentine's Day, despite the fact that for 16 years I have been a persevering single, but I like roses and hearts, so I celebrate together with others.

  That year, I shared the recipe for cupcakes with you red velvet {click], I decided to do the same this time. My love for baking, especially for muffins, has not been reduced, and even grown.

It is an exceptionally easy recipe, made of natural ingredients, perfect for Valentine's temptation. This provision is not exclusively intended for St. Valentine, I cordially invite you to use it every season, no matter what day!

Czas przygotowania: 1 godzina
Porcja: 16 babeczek

Ingredients:

~ Cake ~

-75g of dark chocolate min. 60%
-175g of wheat flour
-4 tablespoons of real cocoa
-140g of sugar
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
-2 small eggs
-120 ml buttermilk
-100 ml of vegetable oil

~ chocolate cream ~

-250ml cream fondant 36% {can be 30%, but then you need cream fix}
-100g dark chocolate 60%
-1 cream fix {only if you use 30% cream}

Preparation:

 1. Begin with a cream because it has to cool down. First chop the chocolate. Boil the cream and pour chocolate into it. Mix until it dissolves and leave the gas under the cover for a few minutes. Then mix again to obtain a smooth topping.

 2. Put the mass to cool in a cold room, I put it next to the open window. Once it has cooled down, put in the freezer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, so that it does not freeze.

 3. Mix the cream to a dense consistency. If you have used 30% cream instead of 36% cream, then according to the manufacturer's recommendations, add cream and blend again.

 4. Go to the cake. You can start preparing them while cooling the chocolate cream. Chop finely chocolate, {it will be easier with a mixer} to particles with a diameter of approx. 3 mm. They can be a bit bigger or smaller, it's not about the exact size, it's not to be too small, like chips.

 5. In a large bowl, mix the chocolate, flour, cocoa, sugar and baking soda. Separately mix eggs, buttermilk and oil. Then gradually pour the wet mass into the dry ingredients, mixing every batch. When you spill the whole, blend everything to a smooth mass.

 6. Adjust the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Fill muffin molds with dough to 2/3 of the height and put in the oven.

 7. Bake about 20 minutes until the dough returns to its shape after pressing. Leave to cool.

 8. Decorate the cool cupcakes with cream, according to your preference. I've sprinkled some more cocoa, but you can use something else.

Enjoy your meal!

How do you celebrate Valentine's day? Have a lovely week,

xx Marta
